ASA Carriage Control Printing

RPM Remote Print Manager™ provides the ability to translate ASA Carriage Control formatted data into commands that the printer can interpret. Then it can print the resulting translation to your predetermined destination using an RPM print queue.

This eliminates the need for the host computer to perform the translation into a more standard format, such as PCL or Postscript, before printing. CPU time may also be reduced on the host system with this feature.

RPM supported ASA commands:

Blank	Next line
+	Return to first column of current line (overstrike)
-	Triple line space
0	Double line space
1	Form feed
