Email Print Documents to any Location or User

RPM Remote Print Manager™ receives files from a host system (iSeries, zSeries, UNIX, Linux, Windows, mainframe and more) and can email the print file to one or many recipients.

RPM will automatically send the received print documents via SMTP to any mail recipient (one or multiple) or location / device. The print job is sent as an attachment and email status can be sent when processing is complete. Alerts can be sent to an email address, or even as a text message to a cell phone.

Email with RPM Defined within an Action

Once RPM receives the print file from the host, an Action is defined within RPM to email the print file.

• Email Send the received print documents via SMTP to any mail recipient
• From Email address of the sender. This is also the reply-to address.
• To Recipients email address. Separate multiple recipients with a comma (,).
• Subject Specifies the subject of the email.
• Message body The email message contents. The print document is attached to the email. A separate email is sent for each print document received.
• SMTP Server Causes the email to be relayed through an email server. You should use your either your company's or you Internet service provider's (ISP's) email server.
