RPM can automatically send the received print documents via SMTP to one or more mail recipients. The print job is sent as an attachment and email status can be sent when processing is complete. Alerts can be sent to an email address, or even as a text message to a cell phone (using an email gateway).

RPM can also use a text or HTML version of your print job to the message body.
