FAQ: Why upgrade RPM?

We are having a problem with RPM Remote Print Manager™ and would like to upgrade to the latest version. What are some common reasons why users need upgrade their version of RPM?

Answer: Each new release includes new features and all known software "issues" are resolved. Click here to see a list of enhancements in each released version of RPM. We also provide a development roadmap.

To determine the version of RPM that you are currently running, choose About RPM... from the Help menu.
