Resource Status View RPM provides a new window to display resource status during and after processing print jobs.
Resource Scheduler A new resource scheduler has been designed to provide faster turnaround for all printing tasks and use Windows resources with greater efficiency.

Tested for Y2K compliance All RPM products have been through extensive Y2K testing to provide added compliance.
RPM better handles communication with various LPR programs This allows RPM to receive information from a wider variety of LPRs.
Processing of "Text" queues with many translations has been overhauled RPM "text" queue printing is now much faster even for complex translations and transformations.
"Text" printing now uses the largest font still matching both the width and height criteria Text output is more readable when both width and height (e.g. characters per inch and lines per inch) have been specified.
The "filter" queue can now save filenames based on data in the control file The user has access to job details such as print job origination, including user, host, queue, etc. when saving files to disk.
Short filenames can once again be used when saving the file to disk Some older programs would not open a file unless it used the DOS 8.3 format. RPM now not only saves files in this format but also allows the filter programs to open the file.
RPM adds a "-1", "-2", etc. to a file name when it finds another file with the same name in the target directory RPM no longer changes the name of the file, it simply adds a -x before the extension.
File paths now fit in dialogs, with directories converted to "_" as needed Users can now see where files are stored even if the file path is long.
New splash screen shows trial status when RPM is first opened Now, users can see how many days remaining on their trial status as they open the program rather than having to go into the BISI License Manager.
Transfer License Function Allows the user to export and import a license from one machine and re-install on another machine without contacting Brooks for a new unlock code.
BISI License Manager Help file Context sensitive help for the BISI License Manager program has been added to allow for further assistance during troubleshooting.
